"Keep it simple" was the first real lesson I learned when I entered the workforce as an Admin Apprentice straight out of sixth form. The company owner, who became my first real mentor was a devout believer in that phrase and let me tell you, I wish I took on board its meaning sooner in my career and life. Over the years I've moved industries from Civil Engineering, Finance and right through to Education & Career Development. In each of these industries, I've learned the power of Keeping it simple.In recent years I've found my passion for empowering & coaching individuals into starting/developing their careers and in supporting Businesses to grow and I've got a track record for both whilst always keeping one thing in mind "Keep it simple". I've also found that I have a particular skill at linking these two together, helping businesses grow by connecting them to the right candidate at the right time."Keep it simple" is what I do in everything that I undertake and when you work with me I'll show you just how simple anything can be.
