- Oversaw the creation of one of the only impact pendulums in the USA for the purpose of analyzing head trauma and researching/testing methods of prevention.- Created the final design of the impact pendulum and performed different analyses and stress tests in ANSYS to ensure stability and proper function.- Organized construction by coordinating with material and welding companies to build the physical pendulum.- Composed and submitted an abstract to the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) on the impact pendulum, got accepted to present the abstract as a poster at the 2019 BMES conference.- Modeled the first MRI compatible rotary actuator using ANSYS in conjunction with Mt.
