Was the lead product manager to build a zero to one new Messaging product to connect homebuyers with real estate agents & their team.-Defined MVP and created a PRFAQ and got VP and senior leadership buy-in for a new mobile-first product (Native iOS and Android) that helps agents and house buyers collaborate through real time messaging. Building it as a vertical experience and horizontal platform that increases the value and engagement of other products within the Compass ecosystem, allowing any product to share anything through messaging and take action/complete workflows through messaging.- Collaborate with cross functional Product teams as product lead to consolidate messaging strategy across the org. Leadunified messaging vision with buy-in from product leaders, senior leadership, leaders and IC’s within other orgs.- Built Messaging with an engineering and design team in the US while collaborating with our platform team in India.

Axon dispatch is a web and mobile based task management and communication product to help police officers and dispatchers respond to 9/11 calls.Axon messaging is a HW/SW integrated messaging product for first responders.-Shipped these two product from ideation -> launching to our first customer -> build to scale: - Mentor and led associate (rotational) product managers within our team- Prioritize and lead all backend and frontend work for the dispatch application - patrol experience- Includes shipping features such as our: Search experience, Mapping + GIS experience, Messaging experience etc.- Owned our backlog and worked with a team of 10+ engineers, 3+ designers and QA to build out a product from 0 to 1.
