Through AmeriCorps completed over 2,500+ volunteer hours in the Milwaukee community, created and implemented a training on self-care for 30 Allies, successfully implemented a community cooking class at Lake Valley Camp for six weeks with eight families, maintained documentation and minutes for the Team Service Project, attended weekly personal and professional trainings, attended leadership programs, advanced educational seminars and trainings focused on skills required within the non-profit sector, planned, implemented and supervised six Service Days in the City of Milwaukee.

Maintained social media accounts as an integral aspect of fundraising and spreading awareness, authored an extensive toolkit entitled, “Let’s Talk” (see link to PDF below) to aid parents in becoming the main educators of their child’s sexual health, coordinated and distributed over 7,000+ copies of the toolkit, facilitated large groups of students in the curriculum Making Proud Choices! Program which required very strong communication skills, was responsible for creating, organizing and implementing a four day youth leadership summit called the Healthy Youth Leadership Institute.
