My purpose is to live a well-rounded, healthy and happy lifestyle. I do this through my sport track and field and hobbies such as running, hiking, climbing and biking. I am a motivator, I am driven to work hard and continuously educate myself. Through my active lifestyle I have always had to juggle school, studying, multiple practices, competition and work. This has taught me to be very well organized, to plan ahead and continuously achieve the short and long-term goals that make for myself. Tree-planting has taught me the power of mental strength and endurance, preparing me to take on all types of tasks ( physical and mental). I am easy to work with, I learn quick and I am ready to adapt and growth with every new opportunity. I am both a self-motivator and people-motivator. Coaching has taught me how to listen, observe and asses different people of different ages, and advise them with technical changes or words of encouragement. I enjoy working with people but am also an independent individual who will work efficiently alone too.
