Account Manager
CurrentAccount Management- Enable end-to-end services to e-commerce brands (warehousing, platform management, business reports and strategy, fulfillment)Lead Management:- Regularly on the look-out for potential clients- Approach potential clients personally and via cold emailPlatform Management:- SaaS integration using BigSeller and Ginee- Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify and Zalora- Collaborate with the team to add new products across the platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, and enroll in-platform activities and campaignsCommunity Manager:- Engage with customers through live chat and emails to address inquiries and facilitate salesMerchandise Tracking Requests:- Liaise with logistics provider to track shipmentsBusiness / Financial Reports- Prepare weekly reports summarizing stores/sales performance, customer feedback, and recommendations for improvementInventory Management:- Monitor inventory and trigger purchase orders for replenishment- Oversees both physical and virtual warehouse and ensures accuracy of stocks on handReturn Requests:- Assist customers with return requests, guiding them through the process- Ensures customers receive refunds and/or replacements
