Non-Fuel Abatement Design & Development (Since March 2022)- Lead non-fuel abatement development, planning, and execution from NPI stage.- Head product development in mechanical engineering, incorporating system P&ID and HazOp DFMEA, and establishing product-specific requirements, for example Vibration, Noise.- Conducted product validation tests.- Ability to design product for semiconductor industries based on SEMI Certificates.- Implement cost effective design to new product during the development stage- Support and follow-up risk assessment through HazOp and FMEA methodologies.- Support and follow-up activities to customer requirements of mechanical systems into product specifications to meet customer desires and to satisfy international / national laws and standards.- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on equipment.- Monitor and develop preventive maintenance actions on development equipment.
