I am finished graduation with Psychology and Diploma in Information Technology. I have over ten years experiences for Organization Development performance. I have delivered Organization Development trainings, Organizational Capacity Assessment, Strategic Planning, Organizational Governance structures, Policies and Procedures development for over fifty organizations. Geographically Kachin, Kayah, Chin, Mon, Shan are included in my Organizational development performance. I have another expertise over 10 years “Monitoring and Evaluation” and “ Research” experiences which performed delivering MEAL Training, Designing and M&E Framework and Logical Framework, delivering Base-line survey and assessment, Mid-term Evaluation, End-line Evaluation and developing Monitoring and Evaluation system and tools. I am delivered M&E for INGO/ NGO/ CSO/ CBO since 2010 and consulting M&E system for over twenty organizations.
