Duties & Responsibilities• Negotiate related department heads for interview preparation.• Attract candidates by using social media and data bases.• Prepare recruitment tools and post jobs on newspaper, journals, website and agencies.• Screen candidates’ resumes based on requirement of job specification and job description.• Appoint and prepare interview schedule list by dealing with panel members. • Evaluate candidates by discussion of their qualification, experiences for job requirement.• Conduct panel interview with related HODs.• Check candidates’ background (If required)• Prepare Job Offering process by recommending organization’s attractiveness.• Conduct small orientation program for new employees. (company’s policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations)• Prepare office order announcement for Employee Transfer, Resignation, Termination and Dismiss.• Manage and check employee personal record files.• Check monthly employee new record list, resignation list and probation Assessment list.• Performing other tasks as instructed by manager.
