At Golden State Medicare Health Plan it was more than just member services via phones. I assisted agents with referrals, enrolled new members, assisted my supervisor with scheduling appointments with agents, and went above and beyond for member whilst developing relationships with them. Members who called on the phone were often elderly and needed assistance with doctor referrals, drug info, and billing. We also assisted providers with eligibility for patients as well as pharmacy questions.

At Western Electronic Components they sold PTC Thermistors. I was in charge of all the office management including customer service, accounts receivable and accounts payable via Quickbooks, scheduling shipments, ordering equipment and office supplies, submitting payroll, and managing the CEO's calendar.

At Heavenly Couture I managed two clothing stores, one in Santa Barbara, CA and one in Ventura, CA. I traveled between stores to hold interviews, create employee schedules, handle customer and employee disputes, delegate tasks in the store, and report back to the corporate office at the end of each shift. I also traveled to the corporate office every couple months and had week long training trips at their original store in Laguna Beach, CA when they implemented new systems.
