My job entails customer service and technical support for (not limited too) the 55+ community. Using knowledge base and online forums to help quickly and efficiently problem solve and fix multiple forms of technical issues with all forms of cellphones. De-escalating situations with upset customers and handling minor billing issues. Guiding my customers through step by step instructions to assist them in trouble shooting their own issues on the hands on level. Customer care with empathy and patience as some situations can have customers flustered or upset. Recently I have been able to add chat services to my experience as well! I have been lending a hand in our digital correspondence department using Zendesk to communicate live with customers to solve almost all issues I would solve over the phone as well.

I started my walmart career working days in apparel at the fitting room answering phones. I handled a switchboard phone with five lines and spent the busy parts of the day answering multiple calls at a time and transferring to other departments or paging for the correct people. Eight months later I was asked to go to overnights to help with stocking apparel. Over the next four years I have been very flexible on overnights going where they need me between departments to get work done. I received two special Sam Walton pin awards for customer service and in my second year at the company received a compliment from our corporate office for my phone courtesy skills. Down stacking pallets and working freight into their correct homes. Correcting any issues on the shelves, then handling overstock. Working picks from the back room as needed, and spending a portion of the night facing aisles to make them look presentable for the customers. Assisting customers in finding things they need in any area of the store to ensure a fast, efficient, hassle free trip.

I gained a seasonal position to helped unpack and put out freight as well as assist customers on the floor find clothes during the black friday and Christmas season.

As a sales associate I helped ladies shop for clothes, mostly one on one when the store was slow to ensure each lady felt taken care of and their experience was pleasant. While I was employed I also helped with a fashion show event we held at our store.

Represented Chick Fil A in a direct-marketing campaign. Worked closely with the marketing director on local advertisements, while interacting with customers, gathering feedback on brand recognition and the company mascot.
