This includes our workplace wellness (physical and mental) program, violence and harassment in the workplace prevention program, the legalization of cannabis and its impact on the Drug and Alcohol Policy. I manage all short term and long-term disability leave, return to work and modified work programs, including our Employee Assistance Program. I ensure the HSE program complies with legislation and COR requirements, conducting internal audits annually, or as needed and many additional items.
