The OccuNet Company is comprised of 2 separate entities, one of which being the pharmacy benefit solution, FairosRx. FairosRx went live in January of 2020. The experience allowed me to create the foundation for a company that will continue to grow. Simulanteously, the other entity, OccuNet, remained in a high growth phase. We were able to double our headcount in 2 years. This time required adaptive process with a constant sight on efficiency.
