I work for the La Salle Campus Engagement Center to help plan and execute University-run events focused around the students as well as provide guidance to student-led organizations on campus.

I work during Summer and Winter break as a guest services representative at Circle Bowl and Entertainment. My job includes checking in guests to the bowling alley and working the register as well as answering phones and managing the prize counter, general arcade area, and our laser tag arena. My job is mainly customer support-based; I interact with almost everyone who comes through our doors as well as answer phone calls from them and help to ensure they have a wonderful time at our establishment.

I also help to clean and maintain the building, as well as process and fix any issues our guests have during their time with us. I also use organizational skills when the alley is particularly busy to manage who is on which lanes and for how long, and to make sure that our walk-in guests and those who have made reservations all get the time and experience they pay for.
