- Securing new LPG Industrial Gas business within area in line with annual business plans and budgets - Generate new business prospects, through a combination of cold calls, leads and marketing programs- Strategise the new business potential of each market sector within the area- Train all new customers on the safe handling of LPG- Maintain all records of prospects, proposals and opposition interactions- Work closely with established trade allies to expand existing network and acquire referrals - Provide accurate and regular feedback of your sales activities via weekly planners and monthly reports- Stay familiarised with Australian National Standards for LPG Installations and safe handling

- All round office support for tradesmen and clients. - Scheduling jobs, managing accounts, Xero and accounts payable/receivable. - Assisting with marketing for company.

- Overseeing 5 to 8 stores within ACT and NSW at any one time- Overall responsibility for performance and revenue amongst stores- Recruitment and retention amongst store team- Visual merchandising- Data Analysis- Generating profitability in each store and the region whilst achieving year to date % to plan Coach and develop team, future leader and monitor realistic succession planning- Liaise with head office to plan and implement strategies for regional success- Wage and scheduling management

- COVID-19 response team- Provide customer service support at initial point of contact, including meeting.- Greeting and streaming customers to the appropriate service channel, completing simple first contact resolution enquiries, identifying and prioritising customers who are potentially vulnerable, in distress or who have accessibility issues, and escalating potential issues to the leadership team. - Exercise appropriate delegations in accordance with legislation and guidelines.- Data entry and client base documentation
