Responsible for creating engaging digital media content across all major social platforms. Work directly with social media strategists, art and video teams to create original content and help develop a unique and cohesive aesthetic for all clients. Assist with additional content needs including a combination of digital photography, live story posting, and overseeing social media engagement for multiple brands in accordance with a strategic social media calendar.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Assisted content team in high-volume production studio. Responsibilities included providing high resolution digital images, managing image files and uploading content onto internal production servers, and turning around completed images in a quick/timely manner. Work closely with in-house Photographer and Content Creator to assist on all content needs for GrandTime. Post Production detailed editing and retouching for photo and video. Assist on campaign photoshoots to handle equipment, studio prep, file management during shoot and clean up post shoot. Help ensure content is delivered in a timely manner post production. Help with general studio upkeep and cleaning. Maintain cohesive communication with over seavenders and marketing team on a regular basis. Photo optimization for images files onto a variety of internal servers, Dropbox and website. Stay diligent and on top of all responsibilities and tasks to ensure a constant, organized workflow.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Photograph, edit, retouch, and color correct product images for placement on our site, publications, email campaigns, annual and quarterly catalogs, brochures, advertising and more. Work and collaborate closely with marketing team on a daily basis. Organize, rename, and resize image files properly into a variety of internal servers, Dropbox, and website. Maintain a consistent and detail-oriented workflow both in the studio and during retouching process from start to finish. Communicate project progress and potential challenges to the Lead Photographer and occasionally take the lead on aforementioned tasks on a timely basis. Assist as well as take lead on preparation and execution of creative studio and on-location photography.

Vet potential chefs to be on boarded with Cozymeal by traveling to their venues and photographing the chefs as they prepare their menus for approval. Take notes of preparation methods, communication abilities and sanitation in accordance with Cozymeal standards. Provide high-quality, visually appealing images of plated dishes to be processed and submitted through Pixieset. Provide post-evaluations by documenting the performance of each chef. Adjusting tone, contrast, and sharpness of selected images through Adobe Lightroom.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Obtain assignments through task managing program Asana. Contact and schedule photoshoots with clients, being sure to go over detail of photoshoot requirements. Arrive at scheduled shoot 15 minutes early in order to assure adequate time to set up equipment and go over menu items to be prepared with client. Photograph 10 food items while paying attention to detail, framing and lighting of each food item. View each item to determine "hero" feature of the dish. This includes the feature ingredient that is meant to draw the guest to the meal and influence the "first bite" of each dish. While shooting each item I pay close attention to keeping company standard and brand vision through lighting, composition and props used for each item. If needed I preform food styling techniques that include brushing for added gloss, moving featured ingredients to appropriate position, garnishing and plating items in creative and functional ways, as well as staging a home environment by adding placemats, linen, silverware, table wear and decorations that coordinate with the cuisine. Processing and uploading images within timely fashion, while adhering to company standards and requirements.

Obtain photography assignments from Amazon Restaurants through a third party system. Reach out to designated client contacts through phone or email. Go over details of photoshoot with client to insure photoshoot process standards are understood by all parties. Drive to shoot location, obtain minimum of 10 photographed items while meeting photographic standards including lighting, angle, proper styling, and composition. Obtaining photos of up to date menus that include prices. Getting signatures of managers or client contacts on designated photo- release forms. Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop to process photos for export, paying close attention to tone, color, and exposure. Naming files according to company standards, and delivering images within 48-hour period from the day of the scheduled shoot.

Obtain calendar assigned projects From UberEats through a third party system. Travel to designated location to obtain 3-5 images of food items. Set up needed equipment to insure quality photos, including tripod, reflector, bounce card, and strobe if necessary. Use a combination of creative skills, natural lighting and artificial lighting to create soft contrast in images in order to emphasize appeal of food being photographed. Keep company standards of quality and style in mind during production and post-production of assignments. During editing, pay attention to vibrancy, tone and exposure of food items. Name files according to company requirements, while paying attention to file sizing and resolution for each image. Deliver images within 48-hour period from day of scheduled shoot.

Coordinate shoots for restaurants and ensure that all photographs meet the formatting and editing standards of the client. Manage digital photo library and participate in creative review process and staff meetings as necessary.
