Kyle Pendleton has been working with fraternity and sorority students for over 20 years and joined the staff at Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity in August 2011 as their first Director of Harm Reduction and Education. Prior to that he had been in the role of Assistant Dean of Students at Purdue University since July 2006.Kyle was initiated into the Alpha Iota chapter of Delta Sigma Phi at The Ohio State University. After receiving his degree in journalism from OSU, Kyle traveled as a leadership consultant for his national organization. He received his M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration from the University of South Carolina and has held positions at San Diego State University, Columbia University, and Northwestern University. His professional activities include: serving on the FIPG committee for the Fraternity Executives Association, founding UIFI:PURDUE; the nation's first campus based session of the NIC program, lead facilitator for LeaderShape, and serving for three years as the Dean of the Delta Sigma Phi Leadership Academy. Kyle served as the 2007 President of the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors.
