I have been blessed with a diverse and enjoyable career and many accomplishments. I have strong leadership skills and a drive for continuous improvement on anything I work on, including myself. I have created organizations, built/managed a business, developed and implimented processes/procedures, designed new curriculums, and more. I have also mentored and developed adults and adolescents in a range of disciplines including athletics and professional settings.Soccer coaching career:I currently coach a boys Varsity team, a U19 travel club, and a men's semipro team. I have also created and direct a youth academy for my Varsity soccer team that is transitioning into a travel club that has grown beyond our high school. The value from the academy has created a fluid high school program that competes for championships at the high school and travel level. From my experience and continued education with licensing, I received an opportunity to coach a men's semipro team that received promotion in their first competitive season and are now playing in the NISA Nation Northeatern division.My goal with this path is to coach at the highest level possible including college and professional teams.Professional career:I have a strong background in Mathematics and technology R&D. I worked for Corning Inc. for 8 years and Chemical Technologist and moved up to a Quality Control Engineer and Process Development Manager. I created new chemical and glass characterization systems that aided our metrology process for the Gorilla Glass division. I developed an ion-chromotogrpahy division for salt bath experimentation and aided the R&D process for new glass measurement systems for characterization. I also managed all characterization and quality control for the Gorilla division glass supply. As I progressed in my career I began working part time to receive my Master's in Applied Statistics and during that period, through covid, my position was eliminated. This gave me the opportunity to begin my new career as a Technology Education teacher. Using my industry experience, I have began developing new curriculums to transition our Mechanical Drawing classes into an Engineering Design curriculum to help align with industry standards and prepare students for engineering roles.Personal career:I have a real estate business, Adriance Realty, that focuses on short-term and long-term rentals. Along with my wife, we manage, run, and continue to grow the business. We plan to move into commercial and larger scale parcels, expand our area, and add staff to the business.
