The greatest asset I own is the willingness and eagerness to expand my knowledge to accomplish any task. I believe that in order to solve any problem you must first acquire as much information possible and analyze the best probable solution. I drive on information and knowledge to not become a good employee but to become the model employee. I do not find it selfish, that I desire to become the go to person for questions and problems. No one person can accomplish anything alone and we all must work together for a brighter future.Working at Honeywell, although I reported to others, I was trusted enough to take a project and run with it. I would always dedicate myself to finish before a deadline to check and triple check any mistakes and miscalculations. I loved the worked I performed, but part of that came with loving the people I work with. Having a happy, personal work relationship with all employees makes work and life much easier. Talking with other departments to understand their procedures made life easier for accomplishing tasks and paperwork. Knowing is half the battle.I hope with my years of experience in applications engineering and accounting I am able to bring more than others, especially on the manufacturing side. I plan to pursue my CPA but I know deep down I am a lifetime student and will continue in academia to become a forerunner in my field.
