Managed department responsible for planning and executing intra-company stock movements between 10 global distribution centers, (US (2), Germany, UK, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia and Singapore), 4 manufacturing sites (US(2), China and South Korea) and 600 onsite VMI freezer programs. - Determined tracking metrics and set targets for inventory turns and on-time service level at global distribution sites. Manage targets to meet corporate mandated global service target of 98% on-time delivery.- Responsible for shipment freight planning, scheduling and coordination for all global intra-company stock movements. Key objectives included service, cost, and global inventory availability. - Managed the cold-chain to ensure product integrity while managing costs.- Led the SAP design for Supply Chain in global SAP Implementation- Managed relationships with key vendors related to the intra-company transportation of goods.- Leveraged capabilities of key suppliers to ensure inventory flows meet service requirements while managing cost by utilizing preferred routing and shipment consolidations.- Responsible for global forecasts of 2500 finished goods at each distribution center and a global roll-up of all forecasts to the applicable manufacturing site.
