I have worked a variety of different jobs over the years. I have worked in construction, barista, Christmas tree salesman, baseball trainer/camp counsellor, radio producer and now a academic. I started working at the age of 13 and have always had a strong work ethic. In my early days of my radio career, I worked multiple part time jobs in order to support myself. I really did want to be the next Wolfman Jack. However, I discovered I was very good at news/production and really enjoyed working in a fast paced environment. All of my previous employment opportunities have taught me how to be adaptable and patient in any environment. Currently, I have found a home in academia and I love what I do. I enjoy teaching and learning new things on a daily basis. And I am lucky I have found a career that allows me to do that.

Eventually, I relocated back to Los Angeles to pursue my career working in news. I became the lead board operator and assistant producer for the Bill Carroll Show. When I returned from receiving both of my masters degrees in 2012 I returned back to KFI where I board operated and produced multiple shows. Throughout my broadcasting career I have been lucky and fortunate to work with so many wonderful and talented people.

I helped improve the baseball playing abilities of many people. This is one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had. Whether or not people or in many cases children became professional athletes, they all developed skills in work ethic and positivity. Many of my students went on to become professional athletes or play at the college level.
