Working within a small team ooperations of 4, including 2 senior members of staff to implement lean principles into the SOPs of the design, fabrication, machining, assembly and procurement departments with effects felt by 65+ people across the company.• Documented and improved manufacturing practises in line with company goals, industry standards and safety legislation (ISO9001, ISO45001), using PFMEAs and lean principles, e.g., the 7 wastes, Kanban and QCD in Procurement• Facilitated the implementation of change to relevant personnel and plant logistics• Monitored the state of change within a workforce’s practice through regular audits• Documented the state of change for the relevant department leads and stakeholders• Implemented digital tablets for equipment inspection and safety checks• Increased confidence in influencing a range of fields/departments and independently relaying technical information to workforces varying in size and hierarchy, some with a cultural resistance to change
