Construction Security Manager, The White House
Current• Develop Construction Security Plan to safeguard construction activities and processes and establish guidelines to be adhered to throughout the project lifecycle• Manage stakeholder engagement at an executive level, collaborating with campus stakeholders and minimizing campus impacts and forwarding project objectives.• Update Fixed Facility TEMPEST Checklist information encompassing existing conditions since previous accreditation and incorporate recommended mitigations in project design• Lead a joint team of (5) United States Secret Service, (6) Construction Surveillance Technicians, and (4) Cleared Escorts to oversee security compliance in accordance with campus regulations and ICD-705.• Collaborate with customer and project management team members to develop Functional Requirements Document, Technical Requirements Documents• Review, provide feedback, on design stages (35%, 65%, 95%, and 100%), and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Technical and Functional Requirement Documents• Evaluate secure facility for threats, vulnerabilities, and assets to determine the most efficient countermeasures required for physical and technical security • Perform continuous evaluation of project schedule, milestones, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts
