As a Senior Safety Specialist, I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals and teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and execution in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) matters. I have successfully implemented and monitored EHS programs and policies for various projects and organizations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, and other industry standards and regulations. With a certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Texas A&M University and work experience in Renewable Energy Infrastructure and Project Safety Management, I have developed strong skills and knowledge in construction safety, field audits/inspections, risk assessment/mitigation, and incident investigation. I thrive on human interaction, providing training/instruction, and empowering others to help them realize and achieve their full potential.
