I strive for high performance in every area of my life through a sharp mind and genuine passion. That’s why I started my career as a Sales Analyst in Treasury Management at First United Bank. I saw an opportunity to make a difference in an evolving department at a faith-based, rapidly growing institution. I welcomed the challenge when I was offered the chance to work as the bank’s Product Analyst despite the inherent difficulties that come with working two positions. My drive for excellence is what made me accept a role as a Product Manager at the largest private bank in the country, MidFirst Bank.While I enjoyed every second of working in the banking industry and am thankful for the opportunity I have had to learn, I sought out new opportunities in Investments and Venture Capital, two of my old passions. I believe my experience in finance and product management will ultimately benefit me as a look forward in my new chapter.Prior to my career, I had a rewarding experience as an undergraduate student studying Entrepreneurship/Venture Capitalism, Finance and Accounting at the University of Oklahoma, where I graduated with honors while being involved in multiple campus organizations. This includes the JC Penney Leadership Program, which taught me the professional skills above what I could learn in classes, and the First Fidelity Integrated Business Core Program, where I was able to exercise my leadership and analytical skills as the Vice President of Finance. I’ve also applied my passion outside of school through Young Life as a leader and through the Brothers Under Christ Fraternity, serving as first the Treasurer and eventually President. Ultimately, I enjoy the practice of bettering an organization both in the measurable bottom line and the immeasurable spirit I contribute to an atmosphere.
