I participated in FCPA internal investigations, conducted anti-corruption due diligence, drafted and updated anti-corruption policies and contract terms, advised clients on mitigating bribery risks regarding foreign sales agents, and developed and presented anti-corruption compliance training to U.S. and international employees.
