After excelling as a Legacy Maintainer I was promoted to Regional Maintaner, giving me the responsibility of the previous tasks on a regional scale. This level of responsibility provides more challenges on a daily basis that I endeavour to overcome. Some of these include; tighter time management with equipment servicing, managing tasks across multiple sites and building a repor with a more diverse level of B2B customers.

Falkland Islands

An opportunity was presented to work in Falklands for 3 months, this was to provide support to the Airfield on CNS equipment maintenence. As part of this I ensured the test equipment was readily available and serviced. This support was necessary in the interim period that another colleague would be based in Falklands for a long period of time following my positioning.

Skills I gained included interpersonal relationships, impecable time management, organisation, working as a team as well as any more.
