When I started in the Flooring Industry I had little experience in selling flooring. In 6 months I was made Assistant Manager and in another 6 I was made Manager. I am now the youngest Manager with one of the highest volume Stores.Throughout my career I have realized that very few problems in any industry would arise if proper communication and efficient conceptual thinking were used. I have learned that the best way to be successful is learn from others successes and failures and constantly getting constructive criticism from peers and superiors.
