Communicate with understanding the details of all assignments to include, but not limited to, drawings, moisture mapping, temperature and dehumidifier readings, and customer inquiries, in accordance with industry standards• Manage mitigation and emergency service technicians to ensure adherence to adjuster approval • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to property owners. Secure sale and negotiate contract based on approved scope of work/estimate approved by insurance carrier.• Create scope of work and estimate using Xactimate and settle claim with adjuster on behalf of property owners• Write subcontractor agreements and be able to show a justified job cost prior to beginning the project
