Our Engineering Operations Team works closely with End User Support Teams for patching, break/fix workstation issues, and impacts to DHA end users.I am responsible for ensuring proper engineering coverage for the DHA Operations Team, identifying areas for improvement within the DHA Engineering environment and recommend enhancements for implementation. I interview and hire staff for Tier 3 engineering positions for Network, Compliance, Storage, Database and Systems Administration.

We provide Desk Side assistance, Call Center Support and Email support. We work to resolve incidents, questions, and requests in a professional manner.
