Strong professional skilled in Financial Accounting, Audit, IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, Controls and SOX.I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant registered with SAICA. I have extensive finance experience, including Big 4 audit experience and two years corporate experience as the Finance Manager of a coal mining and export business.My auditing experience includes ten years in a management role where I have managed the audits of a number of businesses in various industries. I have extensive knowledge and ability to apply IFRS, UK GAAP, SOX (including Form-20F and successful PCAOB audit inspections), International Standards of Auditing and General auditing practices. Responsibilities also include regular interaction with key members of client's management (i.e. CFOs), preparation and attendance of Governance / Audit Committee meetings and managing audit teams with members of different experience levels, qualifications and cultural backgrounds.I have the right to work in the UK and have gained good experience in UK GAAP since July 2020.
