I transitioned new members into becoming brothers. This consists of teaching them about how our chapter operates and the different values we all hold as brothers of Kappa Sigma. I also organize events where new members can get to know each other as well as current brothers.

I was given a number of projects focused on certain processes Delta needed improved. My day to day consisted of making observations of different processes to determine their weak points as well as analyzing data for these various processes. After analysis, the data was put into easy to understand graphs and charts to be presented to various managers. I also proposed changes to processes to both managers and partners of Delta.

I was the lead engineer on a research project at Stevens. I designed a device that would record motion and audio data. The device was designed to be worn in one's ear. I also wrote the software that saved this data (in C) and worked on analysis of it.
