I was an Infantry Squad Leader at Wisconsin Army National Guard, where I led and trained a team of soldiers in various weapons and infantry tactics, ensuring readiness and safety for missions and operations. I have over 10 years of experience in this role. In this position, I coordinated and supervised the activities of a four-person infantry team, and I was responsible for their performance and welfare.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at American Military University, where I am learning how to plan, coordinate, and respond to various types of emergencies and disasters, such as natural hazards, terrorism, and civil unrest. I have already completed an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science at Western Technical College, where I gained knowledge and skills in law enforcement, investigation, and security. My core competencies include weapons training, infantry tactics, emergency management, crisis communication, and leadership. I am passionate about serving and protecting my community and country, and I aspire to advance my career in the field of crisis management and security.
