Responsible for the moral, welfare, and discipline for over 50 Marines within the platoon. Oversaw and maintained all files of all Marines within the platoon to ensure all sensitive information is properly secured and protected.• Advise the Platoon Commander on all aspects of the Platoon’s operations. • Assume all responsibilities of the Platoon Commander in his absence.• Maintained 100% accountability of all personnel data and records.• Employ Operation Risk Management procedures for all training and support operations.• Supervise the Preventative Maintenance Checks and Service conducted on over 160 assets in First Platoon.• Instructed over 400 hours to Combat Logistics Battalion 3 in required Annual Training for over 500 personnel.
