Born and raised Albertan that contradicts basically every stereotype you can think of (yes, even that one). Through my desire to play with systems, self host my own cloud solutions and ripping apart electronics from time to time, I am currently working on my BSc CIS at Athabasca University. I have been the primary point of contact for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) within our Western Canada Supply Chain Operations for over three years. 2. I annually perform regression tests to ensure system stability and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of all work sites that use our WMS. 3. Report system deficiencies to technical teams, providing in depth information related to business scenario, cost impact, screen recordings and errors when applicable. 4. Setting up local workstations and user accounts both in the Microsoft Admin Center and on local machines5. Developed and maintain electronic replacements and automations to various manual processes and logs allowing for integration/reporting on visitor flow, equipment and key sign outs, etc.
