• Manage hotel owned beach outlet including hiring, training, sales and development of 40 staff members, while maintaining the guest services supervisor role• Responsible for achieving revenue/sales goals at beachfront outlet• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning guests to ensure their satisfaction and to secure future business and increase hotel sales• Provide support for General Manager and Director of Operations by handling guest complaints, follow-up with satisfaction surveys and organizing quarterly meetings

• Manage and train team of 12 bellmen, 4 concierge and 2 journey ambassadors to AAA 5 diamond service levels and standards• Exceed annual service goal of 92%• Handle customer needs and complaints to ensure quality guest experience• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, bellman, concierge, journey ambassadors and valet• Monthly auditing of hotel vehicle mileage log, fuel reports, and equipment rentals • Create weekly schedule of bellman and all hotel transportation needs (includes maintenance)

• Provide guest assistance with luggage, directions, recommendations in order to provide superior customer service• Assist groups with logistics of bulk deliveries within the resort• Assist front desk and valet as needed• Shuttle guests to and from various locations
