Responsible for all Real Estate activities. Includes procuring/divesting of surface, surface minerals and other mineral interests. Lead team of seven real estate and mineral experts, Responsible for managing over 260K acres of owned surface acres, agriculture/wildlife/tenant agreements, landowner/tenant consultations, obtaining/granting of various easements, strategic analysis of property valuations, etc. Coordinate with brokers, realtors, surveyors, landmen, title companies and legal counsel.

Develop, analyze and proposed new development projects utilizing complex financial models and multiple economic evaluation tools. Each opportunity involves evaluation of multiple scenarios, determination of highest valued scenario considering economics, strategic fit, current and future regulatory environment, political and other factors. Propose to executive management the execution of opportunities that match corporate strategy and add economic value to enterprise. Opportunities included greenfield and and brownfield projects.

Led team in development of $400M annual operating budget for business unit. Included development, approval process, monitoring and monthly /quarterly reporting. Developed, montiored and reported business unit performance measures and continous improvement process. Responsible for financial reporting and managment of +$300M facility development project (greenfield project) and +$200M asset acquistion (integration of purchased business into existing fleet). Financial SME for operating group and supported group executive team. Led team of ten financial professionals.

Supported business unit annual planning process and regulatory annual/monthly reporting requirements. Responsible for business unit accounting issue investigation and resulotions, closing process. Various other non financial related responsibilities included but not limited to human resource data, procurement and payroll mining and reporting, Supported group executive team. Led team of five financial professionals.
