Proof customer files before fabrication process. Create print, digital and social media graphics to be used in promotional material. Work directly with fabrication team to meet the timeline on orders. Pack small orders to be picked up or shipped out. Lastly, help out where I can, whenever I can!

Place client orders for printing or embroidery. Help customers with designs and any other print-related questions. Send out invoices to receive payments. Answer all phone calls/emails to place new orders. In charge of all paper and digital file management for the shop. I would additionally help out in the production area when we were very busy. I would print shirts, coat and erase silk-screens, set up screens with new designs, box and quality check products before shipped or picked up.
