Typical duties include:- Reviewing estimates and issuing payments- Filing documents and accident reports- Responding to member needs outside of normal business hours- Specific Enterprise projects Position is designed specifically for former interns completing their senior year of undergraduate school.

Collaborated on a presentation to the P&C Executive team - along with 20+ interns across four time zones and five offices. Subjects covered included innovation in the claims business, as well as potential improvements for both employees and members of USAA. Received an expedited training course and carried out several of the daily tasks performed by non-injury auto adjusters including:Taking first notice of lossReviewing reports and estimatesFiling documentsWorked alongside two other interns on an internal recruitment video for USAA. Judged on creativity, originality, and the USAA Brand, our team's video placed first out of 300+ interns across the entire country and enterprise.

Prior broadcasting experience and exemplary volunteer work led to promotion of Station Manager in one semester.• Coordinated the submissions of multiple national college broadcasting awards. In 3 years, the station received 8 Intercollegiate Broadcast System award nominations and 1 first place submission. This resulted in increased audience exposure as well as a larger operating budget the subsequent year.• Received a perfect employee appraisal after 1 year of employment from the Executive Director of Information Technology at UCCS.
