Software Manager
Current• Manage the project lifecycle for 10-15 software projects at any one given time.• Create and review programming, project documentation records, requests for information, change orders and bills of materials for software work. • Manage the software and computer purchase process.• Oversee the creation and review of any programming or software related documents for the project. • Review software and computer purchase orders and ensure they fall within budgetary guidelines.• Manage the programming group resources and workload projections for software projects.• Manage the development of software standards and guidelines for the company and individual projects.• Perform software quality control reviews to ensure work is performed according to company standards.• Monitor the development of personnel in the direct reporting relationship. This includes management and communication skills.• Perform employee reviews for programming staff.
