I have worked in manufacturing since 2012 and have developed a keen awareness of business sense as well as practical solutions to resolve issues quickly. I tend to have a natural sense for when something doesn't seem right, and what will or will not correct the problem. In my experience, I have learned that honesty and teamwork is the key for success, and it's never wrong to do the right thing. I have experience in corrugated box manufacturing, cloud computing server manufacturing, NPI Engineering, mechanical stamping & forging press manufacturing & sales, coil handling equipment manufacturing & sales, hydraulic press manufacturing & sales, metalforming equipment sales, multi-million dollar project management, international logistics, complex rigging management, direct customer relationship maintenance/management, and internal team leadership including: kaizen events, six sigma projects, ISO auditing, 8-discipline meetings, goal setting & success strategies, creating processes & training employees, and managing suppliers. My expertise is manufacturing engineering, business management, and leadership, but I am also vastly aware of quality requirements & customer experience while maintaining the bottom line. Continuous improvement is at the core of everything I do, which means I'm usually pushing for change against those who like to argue "but we've always done it this way".
