I completed an apprenticeship at alpha manufacturing which included and level 3 diploma in mechanical engineering and an NVQ. I spent time moving areas around the business to get and understanding of how each process works before I then went into programming which I spent the rest of my career programming CNC lasers and punch machines ensuring quality control and material utilisation. I then progressed into the team leader role for programming where I delegated work to the programmers to ensure work was completed on time in full.
