I am a Computer Systems Technician graduate from Conestoga College. I have completed an IT technician internship at Septodont, a leading dental product manufacturer, where I gained valuable experience in administration, Windows, and computer hardware. I have also earned two certifications in Microsoft Azure, demonstrating my proficiency in cloud computing and active directory.During my internship at Septodont, I worked with a team of IT professionals to resolve internal user issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and complete new hire processes. I used various IT systems and tools, such as Active Directory, M365 Admin Center, Azure, SCCM, and PXE boot. I also communicated well with my team members and escalated issues to higher level IT teams when necessary. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I am eager to apply them to real-world scenarios. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the IT team, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude.
