Executes $100 million in new construction, facility renovation and sustainment, utility services and upgrades, and service contracts.

Kuwait

Led 285 Airmen in the operations, maintenance, and protection of over 1,400 facilities over 3,750 acres at 2 installations supporting bi-lateral defense of Kuwait and the Arabian Peninsula. Orchestrated all planning, engineering and emergency response actions to integrate US Army aircraft and a US Marine radar unit into Air Force operations establishing a multifaceted defense umbrella. Negotiated with Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense to obtain $13.2 million in Kuwaiti funds for infrastructure upgrades to US assets.

Principal assistant to the Air Force Director of Programs, overseeing the programming of two separate $672 billion five-year programs for the Secretary of the Air Force. Integrated efforts of over 100 officers across all aircraft, space, cyberspace, and base support mission areas to prioritize requirements and ensure funding for operational and emerging Air Force missions.

Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Air Force lead for all basing action evaluations to include infrastructure needs, airspace suitability, manpower constraints, and mission dispersal across the United States. Oversaw infrastructure and airspace suitability evaluations for MQ-1/9 Predator/Reaper and F-16, F-22, and F-35 fighter, and C-17 and C-27 mobility aircraft. Cradle to grave ownership of the Air Force operational evaluation process from initial assessment through Congressional presentation and authorization and the Environmental Impact and Assessment Program.

Led long-range planning and execution of over $1B in theater aircraft and personnel movements supporting 91 NATO and Partnership for Peace nations in Europe and Africa. Provided engineering and infrastructure expertise enabling the $3.8B F-16 fighter aircraft sale and establishment at two air bases in Poland. Key negotiation team member orchestrating the shared use of an airfield and infrastructure in Spain, guaranteeing a key node in the global reach of US airpower.
