As a Residential Counselor and Shift Supervisor, I had a responsibility to provide supervision to the Direct Care Staff and Program youths, along with assisting the Assistant Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations, such as developing and coordinating monthly staff schedule and work assignments for Direct Care Counselors. Other job responsibilities include: participating in the development of individual treatment or service plans, assisting in organizing staff training and training new staff, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling for youths, recognizing early signs of crisis and response accordingly, and performing physical intervention in the event of youth crisis.

Provided peer support to individuals experiencing an early-episode of psychosis or extreme states.

Teaching Assistant for two courses: 2013 -- "Stanislav Grof's Psychology of Extraordinary Experiences" -- A three-credit course that I created and co-taught as part of my "capstone" project. 2014 -- "History of Psychedelics" -- Helped with co-facilitating this course.
