Create new user accounts and email addressees for the companies that 5by5 provides IT services for. -Perform cloud based website backup's on Plesk. these website and email backups are done for many different businesses around the world.-Grant Software use licenses for new employees.- Use MSP 360 to help multiple business's from many different industries to protect and backup their important data.- Set up computers for new users/ reset computers that are not functioning properly- Virus/ Malware removal-Software/ Hardware installation-Other IT related duties as required.

• Responsible for planning the organization’s monthly coffee circle peer events which involved planning potential topics, contacting potential speakers/presenters, and contacting clients with event dates and times• Assisted in the development of the accessible community garden spot at John Dolan• Assisted with the development of the disability awareness/distracted driving presentations which were delivered to rural school districts throughout Saskatchewan• Assisted clients with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities in exploring their educational and employment goals• Completed other administrative/office related duties as required

• Attended various events representing Spinal Cord Injury Saskatchewan, explaining the organization’s goals and mandate, as well as explaining services provided to its members/clients• Attended monthly meet and greets at the rehabilitation ward at City Hospital where information is provided and support is given to individuals who have recently suffered a spinal cord injury or other disabling conditions• Attended monthly spinal cord clinics at the Kinsmen Children’s Centre where connections are made with the older youth who are receiving services at the centre; information is provided to the youth about the services and programs offered by the organization, as well as upcoming events• Performed general office/computer related tasks, including data entry as needed
