• Lead in-house talent acquisition for Hearst Digital Marketing Services, where I am responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process. This included Partnering with hiring managers to identify workforce needs; define role parameters; outline desired qualifications; create job descriptions to attract diverse candidates; and source, screen & interview candidates to move forward in the hiring process.• Managed the candidate offer process from presenting the verbal and written offers through the new hire onboarding process.• Responsible for recruiting candidates in the following functional areas: Accounting & Finance, Collections, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Executive, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Sales.• Identify potential candidates using Boolean searches, social networks, candidate referrals, job boards, and our internal Oracle ATS.• Developed and executed a sales recruitment strategy to identify and attract top-tier sales talent to meet an aggressive hiring timeline for a new team, Digital Sales Executives, built during the 3rd & 4th quarters of 2020. • Led Hearst Newspaper division recruiting team in total hires for 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2021.

• Successfully recruited for clients such as Alcatel OneTouch, Amazon, AMD, BAE Systems, BoomCloud360, Dell, Gigoptix, Huawei, L-3, Motorola Solutions, and Stryker Medical.• Work directly with the CEO of GNR for his exclusive and retained search engagements. These roles included senior individual contributor and executive-level roles at tech companies in North America.• Develop the initial recruitment strategy and act as project manager for the candidate search process.• Develop advanced Boolean searches based on the Clients initial requirements. These searches were used in external sources such as LinkedIn, Monster, Ladders, and internal ATS (Bullhorn).• Recruited for a wide range of functional roles: Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Executive, Operations, Marketing, Program & Project Management, and Sales.• Call and qualify candidates that replied to the original outbound campaign as well as cold-call and sell the opportunity to those that didn't reply to the initial outreach.• Developed detailed candidate reports that were presented to the client along with the candidates' resumes. These reports outlined why the candidate is an excellent fit for the organization from both a technical as well as a personal standpoint.• Coach candidates on effective resume preparation as well as prepare them for phone and on-site interviews.
