Vantage LED is part of the diverse business offerings of Tradenet Enterprise. Our organization focuses on helping businesses grow by effectively using LED displays as either on-premise or off-premise advertising tools. We work with a Dealer Network to accomplish this task and are consistently developing new hardware, software and sales programs to drive business with every touch point. I currently work on a number of special projects from software design to development along with sales and sales support.

Evolution LED, based in Scottsdale, Arizona is a division of Laidlaw Company LLC , a manufacturer and distributor to independent resellers for over 90 years. Evolution LED manufacturers and distributes LED signs, digital billboards, and EMC’s using next generation technology to assure highly reliable, easy to use, and cost effective products.My role will be to develop exemplary customer support department and work with our Network of Authorized Dealers to develop programs and services that benefit our mutual customers.

Grew Technical Support Department during critical growth period which was able to handle a 60% increase in sales, with the addition of only two team members. Developed self paced training videos for Software Applications, reducing the number of telephone and on-site training requests. Established weekly webinar Q&A sessions covering software applications.Managed the product release a number of wireless communications devices, Software releases and new display product lines.Instrumental in design and management of project to deploy a custom web-based content management system, that at time of leaving company was used to manage 1200+ displays across the nation.Managed National Account Service Team and Vendors to provide remote and on-site service for over 1200+ locations, Handling over 100 support incidents per month, with 100% resolution.
