- Supported consultants, trainers, Vice Presidents and Managing Partners by preparing PowerPoint presentations, participant manuals and training aides- Developed and facilitated innovation, diversity and high potential trainings for clients- Provided analytical and enchmarking data to clients- Created needs analyses for clients to help prepare a list of possible training needs

- Provided HR Generalist support to field supervisors which included staffing, discipline, and employee rewards- Provided documentation for union employee grievances, OCRC cases, and EEOC complaints- Participated in union employee grievance process by facilitating employee grievance hearings, note taking and providing summary reports to managers
