My responsibilities within Concorde Properties include marketing current vacancies throughout our holdings in the retail, industrial and office sectors. I work hand in hand with local agents as a liaison between our executives and their clients to complete leasing transactions in an effective and professional manner.I manage current tenancies by interacting with our wide range of tenants on everything from building maintenance to renewal agreements, move-ins, assignments, relocations and new tenant acquisitions. I am responsible for all marketing aspects of Concorde Properties both online, onsite and in print. My previous role as an analyst has been carried on as I complete lease and sales analysis on all transactions as well as proforma creation for all new developments. Throughout my career I have worked directly with local, municipal and provincial governments on a variety of issues pertaining to the development business. Lastly I act as a sales representative for BizHub Industrial Park, the largest private industrial development in Saskatchewan's history located on the periphery of Saskatoon.
